Arvello VPN provides VPN connectivity on Android. The following sections describe information handling during connection use and support, along with the controls available to you.
When you connect
The app relies on Android VpnService and requires your authorization through the Android system before a VPN connection is enabled. Operating that connection involves processing network traffic, IP addresses and connection state to establish connectivity, route traffic and maintain the connection.
When you need help
Support uses the information you choose to share to investigate your request and respond. Use the developer contact details shown in the app store listing for support, privacy questions or requests about your information, including deletion. Applicable requirements and legal obligations may affect how requests are fulfilled.
Who may handle information
Infrastructure providers and support providers may process relevant information as part of delivering the VPN or helping with a request. Information may be disclosed where applicable law requires it.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose for which information is needed, including service operation, support and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards protect information, although security cannot be guaranteed for every transmission or storage method.
Your connection controls
You can stop the VPN connection and revoke the app's VPN authorization in Android settings.
